At Emily Handcraft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item — no hassle, no questions asked. We want you to love what you wear.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags attached
- Free from perfume, stains or damage
How to Return
Simply contact us at info@emilyhandcraft.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style, we're happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
